Sarah Hansen is a board certified nurse practitioner with advanced training in obesity medicine and pediatric obesity care. She works with both adults and adolescents who are ready for medical support that goes beyond basic diet advice.

Patients often come to Sarah feeling stuck, frustrated, or unsure where to start. She focuses on understanding the full picture, including metabolic health, hormones, lifestyle demands, and long term patterns.

  • Your first visit lasts about an hour. We take time to listen, learn your story, and create a plan that fits your you.

    We’ll start with a quick check-in and a few simple measurements using our SECA body composition scale to get a full picture of your health, not just your weight.

    Then you’ll meet with a certified obesity specialist to:

    1. Talk through your medical history and medications

    2. Discuss what has or hasn’t worked before

    3. Set realistic goals

    4. Review treatment options, including prescriptions if appropriate

    5. Build a personalized plan

    6. Schedule your follow-up based on your specific needs

    We don’t do cookie cutter programs. We do care that meets you where you are and helps you move forward.

  • Your provider will choose the best medication for you based on your medical history, biology, and what your insurance covers. They may suggest medication such as:
