Before beginning treatment with Progress Weight Management, please call your insurance carrier to determine your plan’s benefits for in-network or out-of-network coverage. You are responsible for knowing your insurance benefits as having insurance is not a guarantee of coverage.

To find out if your insurance covers your visit, call the member service number on the back of your insurance card. Ask them about your coverage for the visit, and they'll let you know if you'll need to pay anything out-of-pocket.

Late Cancellation and No Show Policy

To confirm your upcoming visit, we kindly ask you to enter your payment card details during the final step of the online booking process. Your card will only be charged if you happen to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled start time or if you miss your appointment.

Last-minute cancellations and no-shows impact not only your provider's schedule, but the availability for other patients to receive timely care. Your cooperation ensures a smooth experience for everyone involved.
